Blade Root Kit (Crane Fly Series)

The Blade Root kit consists of a set of three blade root 0.8 mm G10/FR4 reinforcement parts.

The Blade Root Kit is designed to reinforce the Rotor Root of lightweight Autogyro blades as used on the Crane Fly Lite and other lightweight models. The G10/FR4 parts prevent damage to the wooden blades by the Rotor bolt tension. These parts should be firmly glued to the rotors as per the kit/build instructions.

The top plate reinforcement is pre-drilled with a 3 mm hole spaced 10 mm from the blade root.

Suitable for 1.75 inch (45mm) chord blades.
